Riot games buys Sydney studio and renamed to Riot Sydney

Riot games, publisher of League of Legends, bought Sydney studio of Wargaming, mostly known about World of Tanks and World of Warships games.
The studio has been renamed to Riot Sydney and will now work on League of Legends, Valorant as well as other projects under Riot’s name. Based on the studio’s experience with MMOs we believe the studio will also influence the development of the upcoming MMO Riot is working on.
Nazersh ‘Naz’ Hirani, who is now the head developer at Riot Sydney studio said the following about their integration with Riot Games:

We were really impressed by the cultural fit we’ve experienced in our dealings with everyone at Riot, and we can’t wait to bring our expertise in global development to the respective teams. I know I speak for the whole team when I say how excited we all are to become part of Riot and help deliver amazing experiences to players.
