Silksong΄s release has been delayed
Hollow Knight: Silksong’s release has been delayed by Team Cherry. Silksong was supposed to be released in the first half of 2023, since it was revealed in the Xbox Game Pass which confirmed that every game shown would be available within a year. Team Cherry’s marketing spokesperson Matthew Griffin confirmed on a Twitter post that the game would be delayed.

We had planned to release in the 1st half of 2023, but development is still continuing. We're excited by how the game is shaping up, and it's gotten quite big, so we want to take the time to make the game as good as we can.

Although the release of the, much anticipated by the fans, follow up to Hollow Knight (which was released on 2017 and became a huge success) will be postponed, fans encourage the developers to take all the time they need to create a game that can surpass the original.
